![]() ![]() The Access Board of Appeals shall consider relevant evidence presented at the hearing and shall render a final written decision within a reasonably prompt time after conducting the hearing. Upon receipt of an appeal by the Building Official, a hearing shall be scheduled before the Access Board of Appeals. The appeal shall be filed with the Building Official no later than 10 days after receipt of written notice of the determination and the appeal provisions of this section. In instances where reinspection fees have been assessed, no additional inspection of the work will be performed until required fees have been paid.Ĭ. Re-inspection fees may be assessed when the inspection record card is not posted or otherwise available on the work site, the approved plans are not readily available to the inspector, for failure to provide access on the date for which inspection is requested, or for deviating from plans requiring the approval of the building official. This section is not to be interpreted as requiring re-inspection fees the first time a job is rejected for failure to comply with the requirements of this code, but as controlling the practice of calling for inspections before the job is ready for such inspection or re-inspection. ![]() A re-inspection fee in the amount set by City Council resolution may be assessed for each inspection or re-inspection when such portion of work for which inspection is called is incomplete or when required corrections are not made. ![]()
